- David Potter has represented substantial employers in a number of sensitive race, sex and disability discrimination claims.
- Julian Middleton successfully represented a senior employee in a six figure wrongful dismissal claim.
- Richard Bullock acted during the year on a major mediation on a £1 million claim made by a dismissed Managing Director. The claim was settled amicably and satisfactorily to both sides.
