This seminar will look at the key changes coming into force, practical issues coming out of the Act and what impact, if any, the Act has had on corporate life since its first implementation nearly 3 years ago.
In particular the seminar will consider:
*The new rules on company formation and objects clauses
*Changes impacting on share capital, including abolition of the concept of authorised share capital
*New rules on directors’ home addresses
*Changes relating to shareholder meetings and voting rights
