CAFCASS
CAFCASS is the Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service. They look after the interests of children whose families are involved in Court proceedings.
Child Support Agency
The Child Support Agency is part of the Department for Works and Pensions. Their role is to assess, collect and pay child support maintenance, ensuring parents who live apart meet their financial responsibilities to their children.
Collaborative Family Law Group
Part of Resolution, they offer a new way, a less adversarial and more solution-oriented aternative, to resolving divorce and family disputes with dignity and respect.
DCA
The Department for Constitutional Affairs is responsible in goverment for upholding justice, rights and democracy. Their objectives are to provide effective and accessible justice for all, to ensure people's rights and responsibilities and enhance democratic freedoms by modernising the law and constitution.
FAME
FAME is Nottinghamshire Children and Families Mediation Service. Mediation is a voluntary process by way of helping parting parents or other family members to resolve disputes involving children.

Family Care is a well established independent adoption agency which also offers family support and children’s counselling.
Family Mediators’ Association
Family mediation is a voluntary process by which couples in dispute, particularly those going through separation or divorce, are helped to deal with arrangements for their future. Family mediators ensure couples have the information needed to reach informed decisions.
Law Society
The Law Society is the regulatory and representative body for Solicitors in England and Wales.
Legal Services Commission
The Legal Commission look after Legal Aid in England and Wales. Through the community Legal Service they help people who are eligible for Legal Aid to protect their rights.
NACCC
This is the National Association of Child Contact Centres. Child contact centres are places where children of separated families can spend time with one or both parents and sometimes other family members where there are no other viable options. The NACCC promotes safe child contact.
NFM
National Family Mediation is a network of over 60 local not for profit family mediation services in England and Wales offering help to couples, married and unmarried, who are in the process of separation or divorce. NFM mediators help clients to reach joint decisions about the issues associated with their separation relating to children, finance and property.
Relate
Relate is the UK's largest provider of relationship counselling and sex therapy. They also offer a range of other relationship support services and training.
Resolution (Formerly Solicitors’ Family Law Association)
Resolution is an organisation of 5,000 lawyers and family justice professionals who believe in constructive, non-confrontational approach to family law matters. Resolution also seeks to improve the family justice system. They provide education and training for lawyers and mediators, to improve their knowledge of the law and their understanding of the emotional and practical issues of family breakdown.
UK College of Family Mediators
The UK College of Family Mediators set standards for family mediation and maintains a register of family mediator members, who meet those standards. It works to promote best practice of family mediation and to protect the public.
