| Recent settlements: | Mark has now qualified through the ADR Group as a Civil and Commercial Mediator and will be happy to accept referrals to act as an independent mediator.
He has extensive experience of successfully handling High Court, County Court and Tribunal litigation. He has developed a particular specialism in dealing with contentious trust and probate disputes. He successfully advised the claimant in Walker v Walker [2007] EWHC 597. Mark has represented well over 100 clients in claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 in estates ranging from a modest value up to estates exceeding £25m. His aim is to achieve the best result for the client at minimal cost and he has considerable experience of attempting to resolve cases through alternative dispute resolution. Mark also has a proven track record in providing clear and concise advice to clients about claims in professional negligence and has been successful in recovering substantial damages for numerous clients. |
