Recent deals & projects: Secured premises licence for Glastonbury Festival from 2007 to 2010.

Successfully represented Reading Festival Limited in the Court of Appeal against the West Yorkshire Police Authority in relation to the meaning of ‘special police services’.

Obtained premises licence for Lancashire County Cricket Club to hold large popular music concerts and for the V Festivals and secured premises licences to permit large outdoor festivals at Reading, Leeds, Winchester and for other prominent festivals.

Conducted reported case acting on behalf of the operators of an international motor racing circuit in a £30,000,000 claim.

Acted for Prodrive, one of the world’s leading motorsport businesses, in conclusion of agreement with Aston Martin for Prodrive to continue to carry out Aston Martin’s motor sport activities.

Acted for Prodrive in renewal of manufacturer agreement and conclusion of sponsorship agreements in relation to the Subaru World Rally Team.
