Successfully pursuing an application under the Berkeley Applegate principle on behalf of a Trustee in Bankruptcy against the liquidator of Kingshouse Developments Limited. Williams -v- Simpson (un-reported) HC Hamilton CIV 2010-5419-1174,17 September 2010. Advised the English trustee of a New Zealand resident individual in obtaining interim relief in New Zealand under UNCITRAL which has resulted in recoveries within the bankruptcy of approximately £1.3 million. |
