| General Information: | Kevin specialises in all aspects of corporate recovery and insolvency including contentious and non contentious work, advising Insolvency Practitioners, creditors, company directors and individuals. Kevin's particular focus is on non contentious transactional work for office holders and also purchasers, typically arising out of administrations. He has also dealt with numerous court applications and technical matters for Insolvency Practitioners and regularly advises company directors as to their legal duties and obligations, and in respect of director disqualification proceedings.
Kevin passed the Joint Insolvency Examination Board exams in December 2007, winning the Insolvency Lawyers' Association prize for highest placed lawyer nationally. He is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner and a member of R3, the Association of Business Recovery Professionals. |
