| General Information: | Emma is experienced in all areas of commercial dispute resolution whether through the courts / arbitration proceedings or alternative dispute resolution ("ADR") such as mediation.
Emma has acted for clients in a wide range of sectors including food service, motorsport, manufacturing and printing. Emma advises on breach of contract and breach of warranty claims, shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence claims and obtaining injunctive relief and has managed large debt recovery caseloads. Emma also specialises in cases which require professional third party funding. Emma advises funders on whether a case is suitable for funding and also advises clients who have the benefit of funding or wish to secure funding. This service includes sourcing after the event insurance cover and acting on a conditional fee agreement where appropriate.
