| Recent deals & projects: | Diana is a well respected specialist in financial settlements (ancillary relief), with a strong reputation in the East Midlands. Previously with Gadsby Coxon & Copestake/Nelsons for 26 years, she headed up the Derby family department for the last 10 years there.
Having run a branch office for 17 years covering matrimonial matters and all general aspects of law, Diana feels that this gives her a good general background that assists her in her field of family law in which she has been specialising exlusively for the past 10 years. She concentrates on divorce with an emphasis on high value financial matters having had several matters with assets in excess of £1m. She also handles pre-marital agreements, separation agreements and private children matters. Diana is also trained in Collaborative Law, which is a new approach to divorce offering a quicker and less confrontational process, and is designed to resolve conflict without the need for court action. |
