Here are just a few of our recent successes:

  • Mark represented the Claimant in the reported case of Walker v Walker [2007] EWHC 597.  High Court action involving an application to remove Trustees, set aside Deeds on grounds of undue influence and a claim for breach of trust.  The Claimant was successful on all fronts.
  • Mark and Rachel have acted for numerous clients assisting them to resolve protracted family disputes relating to trusts and estates.  They have experience of dealing with estates valued from £100,000 through to £25,000,000.  They understand the sensitive family issues generated by these disputes and have substantial experience of resolving disputes through mediation and other forms of ADR.
  • Mark is a member of ACTAPS (the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Solicitors) and the PNLA (Professional Negligence Lawyers Association).
  • Both Mark and Rachel have assisted clients in recovering substantial sums from previous advisors in professional negligence claims.
  • Rachel regularly advises employees about their rights and has represented clients in complex employment tribunal claims including unfair dismissal and all forms of discrimination.
