Our Derby office is at the heart of the railway industry and a significant proportion of our business is acting for clients who supply the rail sector.
To give an overview, work we have undertaken in the sector includes mergers and acquisitions, component supply contracts, rolling stock procurement contracts, rail access agreements and working with a supplier of products to refurbish a substantial number of underground stations.
We are committed to the sector and for the last 4 years have been a member of the Derby and Derbyshire Rail Forum whose role is to promote the area’s expertise as a world-class centre of rail excellence.
