We act for property developers and other employers, contractors, sub-contractors and professional advisers.
Our construction group is based in Nottingham and Manchester. However our client profile comprises long-term relationships with significant construction organisations. The needs of these clients means that delivery of our services is on a national rather than regional footing.
We see ourselves as value engineers not fee farmers. We focus only on what matters in terms of risk identification and allocation. Not only do we have an outstanding record of success in adjudication but we know that we can finish complex jobs at significantly less cost than the legal spend incurred by other parties' advisers. For our key customers we have a consistent track record of reducing yearly legal spend and improving the risk performance of their management teams.
We have invested significant research and development in producing cutting edge "Project Driven Procurement" training and "Understanding JCT Market Reality" training to transfer critical procurement expertise to the management teams of our clients.
From 01 April 2006 our resource and coverage has been significantly enhanced by the formation of Fenwick Freeth, a framework alliance with law firm Fenwick Elliott.
