The next briefing will include:
• A review of difficult scenarios faced by employers during redundancy exercises;
• A look at recent cases including those dealing with the entitlement to holiday whilst on sick leave, the impact on compensation in a discrimination case following a refused offer of re-employment, as well as a case that considered a claim for compensation for loss of reputation.
• An update on forthcoming legislation including the recently announced Government proposals;
• A look at what legislation we can expect in 2012 and beyond.
This seminar is FREE and a buffet lunch will be provided between 12.30-1pm. CPD points available.
