The public sector has gone through major changes over the last 30 years. Our Public Sector team has successfully striven to keep abreast of these changes and continues to offer pertinent and up to date advice to major local authorities, Universities, the Secretary of State and other public sector bodies.
Working closely with in-house legal teams, we undertake all aspects of public sector work from advising on various local authority powers and legislation to property and construction aspects of PPP and PFI deals.
