Commercial property team hits 100
The commercial property team of leading regional law firm, Freeth Cartwright, has appointed its 100th fee earner, Adam Watson.
This latest appointment reinforces the firm’s position as the East Midlands’ largest and most dominant commercial property legal specialist.
Adam’s appointment marks the latest piece of good news for the team, which has recently completed major deals for Loughborough University and Noble Property Trust and continues to supply key consultancy for many of the region’s leading commercial property developments.
Originally from Devon, Adam studied in Nottingham and returns to the city after a year working for the Warwickshire firm, Lodders Solicitors. During his time there, Adam worked on numerous multi-million pound deals in his specialist field of commercial development, which he will continue to do in his new role.
Richard Beverley, a team head at Freeth Cartwright said:
“Adam joins us at a great time. We have just opened a new office in Manchester, significantly increased our client base and have expanded the capabilities of our team by developing and promoting people internally and through key new appointments.
“Appointing the 100th fee earner is a pleasing milestone, but more importantly, it highlights the sheer scale of expertise that the firm commands in significant facets of commercial property, such as planning, construction, and social housing.”
The news of the 100th commercial property fee earner follows on from Freeth Cartwright’s recent announcement of a 10% increase in turnover.
