FREETH CARTWRIGHT RECRUITS FAMILY LAW PARTNER

Heavyweight law firm Freeth Cartwright has expanded the family law team at its Derby office with the additon to its team of Diana Copestake who has joined as a partner after 26 eyars with law firm Nelsons.

Diana specializes in divorce with an emphasis on high value ancillary relief. She has also been involved in pre-marital agreements which are becoming more popular and private children law. Diana said: “Freeth Cartwright has developed an excellent reputation in handling high quality cases and I believe the firm adds real value to the local market”.

Diana continued: “After 26 years, it really was a huge decision to leave Nelsons but I felt that I was being offered a real challenge to come to a firm of the quality and calibre that is Freeth Cartwright.”

Diana managed Gadsby, Coxon and Copestake’s branch office at Alvaston for 17 years and subsequently became part of Nelsons when the firms merged in October 1999.
