FREETH CARTWRIGHT PARTNER’S MEDIATOR SUCCESS

Mark Keeley, a partner at leading law firm Freeth Cartwright, has qualified as a Mediator through the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Group’s Civil and Commercial Mediation Course.

Mark, who specialises in the fields of contentious probate and trusts work and professional negligence claims, is also a member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) and the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association (PNLA).

Mark has for a number of years been an enthusiastic advocate of mediation as a cost effective and timely means of solving disputes. He has to date participated in over 50 mediations and hopes to bring this practical experience to bear as he builds his own mediation practice.

Mark said: “I am delighted to have the ADR Group accreditation and am very much looking forward to helping parties resolve what can often be expensive, long running and very stressful disputes. From my experience mediation very often represents the client’s best prospect of achieving their needs in a cost effective way”.
