Tomorrow is the deadline for any food businesses to respond to the new cost recovery proposals published by the HSE.
We reported earlier in the year that the Charity Commission was planning to introduce the Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) before the end of 2011, after years of delay and consultation. As you may be aware, the CIO will provide a new corporate structure for charities which will provide some of the benefits of being a company but without some of the burdens
With only a short time left to go and large numbers of applications expected we recommend you apply as soon as possible.
