Demi joined Freeths in April 2019, and following the completion of her training contract, qualified as a solicitor in the firm’s specialist Clinical Negligence team.
Demi is committed to working closely with individuals and their families to assess the medical care they’ve received and pursue accountability when treatment has been substandard.
Demi has experience in a range of clinical negligence claims most notably claims involving delays in diagnosis including cancer, orthopaedic claims, surgical errors, and fatal claims. Demi also has considerable experience in claims involving negligent gynaecological surgery having represented clients in a high-profile group action.
