- Acting for a major clearing bank in connection with the provision of £7 million of financial facilities to a developer to construct a new head office for an FT100 company in the East Midlands.
- Acting for a large bank in connection with the re-financing of a property investor’s property portfolio comprising 50+ properties, the value of the facilities being circa £10 million.
- Acting for a developer in connection with the negotiation and provision of financial facilities of £8 million in conjunction with a budget hotel development carried out in London's Docklands.
